Payment Confirmation: Payment must be completed before joining the class or receiving learning materials.

Booking Lessons: Students should schedule lessons in advance. Changes can be made by contacting the teacher at least 24 hours before class.

Cancellations / Refunds:

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before class → you may reschedule.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before class or do not attend → the lesson is counted as used.
  • No cash refunds after purchase, only rescheduling options.

Packages & Expiry: Lesson packages (e.g., 10 lessons) must be used within 3–6 months (depending on package). Unused lessons after this period cannot be refunded or extended.

Learning Materials: Purchased e-books or downloadable resources are non-refundable.

Be on Time: Students should join class at the scheduled time. The teacher will wait for 15 minutes; after that the class is considered completed.

No Recording Without Permission: Recording classes (video or audio) requires prior consent.

Participation: Students are expected to engage in activities, ask questions, and complete assignments if given.

Technology (for online classes):

  • Keep your camera and microphone working (mute when not speaking to reduce noise).

Homework & Practice: Regular practice outside of class is recommended. Homework must be submitted on time if assigned.
